We specialize in Virtual Web Hosting which means that you can find a home for your website on our web servers and establish a presence on the Internet. We will help register your own domain name which will become your unique address on the World Wide Web.

No, you will need local Internet access in order to maintain your website and retrieve email addressed to your site.

Although we do not offer web page design services, we will gladly refer you to a list of companies that offer web page consulting, web page development, and/or custom scripting services. You will be able to contact one or more of them to discuss design and pricing.

Files may be transferred to the web server via Microsoft FrontPage, File Transport Protocol (FTP) or a Telnet Client. If you have a PPP internet account and need FTP software, you can download a program for either the PC or Mac from our site. There's more information available in our Online Manual.

CAUTION: If you use FrontPage 97 or 98 to publish your website to our server; then, DO NOT use an FTP program or Telnet client to upload, edit or delete your files in the WWW directory that are FrontPage related to your website. This is where your FrontPage extensions are and you will corrupt the FrontPage extensions on your account.

You have unlimited access via FrontPage, FTP & Telnet, using your UserID and Password, 24 hours a day. You can create your web pages offline on your own computer's hard-drive and upload the files to your website at any time.

Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes. If desired, secure server access is made available Free which provides a secure environment whereby payment information (such as a credit card number) can be transmitted from web browser to the web server in an encrypted mode.

Yes, you can resell space within your account. However, you will be responsible for its content and data transfer. Please note, if you plan to resell your space, please read our Policies and Guidelines page.

Yes, we host domains from all over the world. We welcome you as a domain name or better yet, a reseller.

We bill in quarterly increments for credit card orders and require a minimum three month contract. We accept Visa , American Express, and MasterCard. We also accept personal and business checks and Money Orders in US$ only.

Yes. We offer both 24 x 7 email support and telephone support: Mon. to Fri.  9:00 AM - 5:00 PM  PST.

We encourage our customers to send us email with questions or concerns about their website if they cannot find the information from our website. We are quick to respond to support email 24 hours a day. If we cannot offer a solution to a concern within a 24 hour time frame, we will invite you to call us or we'll call you directly. Most problems are resolved within minutes from receiving just one email message.

Orders submitted before 5:00 PM PST which include credit card payment information will be processed the same day, usually within a few hours. Once an account is set up, you will be sent full publishing instructions and account information via email including a user ID, reseller ID, password, FTP and FrontPage instructions. You can begin uploading files to your new website immediately. Domain account users will be given a temporary URL to access their site via the web prior to the completion of either domain registration or transfer.

Yes, for all new domain requests, we will submit the request to the InterNIC. For transferring domains, we will submit the transfer request. If there is an error on either request form, InterNIC will contact you. It is up to you to either correct the problem and resubmit the request, or correct the problem and send the request to us, in return we will resubmit the request.

Once the InterNIC announces that your domain name has been registered (or transferred, if applicable), it usually takes about 72 hours before it is active. All Internet providers must update their records (DNS tables) to reflect new site locations. This is called propagation.

InterNIC is not affiliated with any hosting company. It is a totally separate agency that registers worldwide domain names for the .com, .net, .org, etc. extensions.

The InterNIC currently charges $70 to register a new domain name. This fee covers the first two years. They currently bill at a rate of $35 per year. The InterNIC will send you an invoice via email 3-6 weeks after the domain is registered.
